Webi Report Min Date

Hello SAP Community,

I was wondering if you guys could give me some help on this issue that I'm having a very difficult time resolving. So I'm trying to do a comparison between two dates set with a merging value of a carrier tracking number. This data comes from a BW Cube. So you can't run any SQL in the Webi Intelligence client. The process to get the data from the BW Cube is to build a universe over the cube in Universe Designer. This is all done in BOBJ 3.1

Issue:

Below is an image attached to show the issue. I have two tracking number each has its own scan date. I want to be able to say if there is a carrier tracking number that the value takes the minimum value of the scan date from the existing tracking number. I can not use the MIN function in Webi Intelligence because it will return the min scan date of all the values regardless of it is connected that tracking number or not.

Question at hand is how to I take the first instance of the carrier tracking number?
