I activated the Enterprise Search for an extension field in my BO extension (not a custom object).
It works fine in the DEV and QA tenants, but in the PRD tenant it doesn't work.
So the extension search field comes up, but selecting a value to search by - the OWL list shows the same results. This only happens in the PRD tenan
Has anyone experienced this issue and know what may be causing this - only in the PRD tenant ?
Yes, it has been activated and scoped. If it was not scoped in, the custom field also would not be there.
The user also tried it and the search doesn't work. Strainge that it works in the QA and DEV tenants.
Does anyone know how to re-activate my solution in PRD ?

Hi Tim,
If solution is activated and scoped, then try with some other user must be business user.
As a developer user I have encountered some weired exeriences in some development, but for the business user things work fine.
