Image not showing up in logoff page

I have generated a logoff page using SAP NWDS and faces (and deployed to J2EE engine). I gave the url re-direct to this log off page in the SICF for my webdynpro.

When I display the URL page directly (http:servername:port/customWebMethod/LogOff.html, the page is displayed correctly with the image.

When I go to my application and click on logoff , the page is displayed, but the image is not showing up ...

What could I be missing?
