Dear All,
I just installed a new server. Dashboard works fine on DB server.
When I login SAP from the terminal server, everything is fine except Dashboard.
The error message is
Can't connect to SAP B1 integration service
In the Microsoft service window, ensure that this service has been started
Is there anything I should check on the DB server ( SAP B1 integration service installed) or anything on the terminal server?
The windows firewall is inactive. They may have other firewall. If I have to ask the IT person change anything on the server, what should be change?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
YJ
Hi,
Because the error message is: Can't connect to SAP B1 integration service, you need to check if the b1i service is indeed started on the DB server. If yes, then you need to check the connection between your terminal server to b1i server.
You may check: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3471367
Thanks,
Gordon

Hi Gordon,
Can you please advise what I should check from the terminal server?
The dashboard works fine if I run SAP client from the DB server.
I installed the SAP client on both DB server (also their license server, have B1 integration service installed) and terminal server.
It must be something wrong on the connection of the 2 servers but I am not quite sure where I should check. The SAP itself works fine on terminal server but dashboard can't work.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please check SAP note 1619422 - B1ic_Troubleshooting Guide for B1ic Dashboard/Cockpit
for solution.
