Scoreboards Font/Column Sizing Inconsistencies

BI Dashboards 4.0 (no fix packs applied)

I am having significant issues with Scoreboards and font sizing. In the example below. My column font sizes appear DIFFERENT for each column. I cannot for the life of me figure out why. Has anyone experienced this before? In the XLS as far as I can see the font sizes are identical. The same in the Component Properties.

Hi Joe,

I ve come across this problem quite a lot times. This type of behavior is usually seen when scorecard handles more than 3 columns of data. I replaced the scorecard n number of times to get rid of this bug but dint help most of the times. Also that it isnt a permanent solution as well.

I guess its a bug in the scorecard component, try using list view (which again i think is prevailing in this component as well)  or if that doesn't work then arrange your xcelsius spreadsheet and use the spreadsheet component.

Hi Joe,

Have you checked if the Fonts are different, even though the font size may be same, different Fonts throw up different size of Numbers.

Hi Joe

It is possible to set different font size for different columns. Go to Appearance > Text > Labels > select each and every column and check the font size.
