Multilevel Categorization for Complaint - options not saved

I have complaint document with a multilevel categorization. After to choose the categories option and save the document , the category fields be came blank and didn't save any categories value's that I selected

I'm work with CRM 7.03 and there aren't any custom enhancement in BTCATEGORIES and BT120H_CPL components.

to check whether problem is in standard or due to some custom enhancement if done ,

set Parameter Id = WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT and Parameter Value = A.  (disable all enhancement for particular user) in SU3 transaction , and then check the same behavior is occurring or not..
