GRC 10.0 PSS Problem

Dear Experts,

I have completed customizing for PSS but in NWBC when I try to reset password with test userid Register Questions selection is not coming you can find the screenshot below.

Users should answer the Register Questions when they reset password via GRC, could you please help to solve the problem?
