GRC 10.0 PSS Problem

Dear Experts,

I have completed customizing for PSS but in NWBC when I try to reset password with test userid Register Questions selection is not coming you can find the screenshot below.

Users should answer the Register Questions when they reset password via GRC, could you please help to solve the problem?

Hi Nazli

In your config "Maintain Password Self Service" on PSS Global Configuration on field

PSS Disable Verification you need to select "None"

This will prompt for Questions.

You can try the settings here and see which one suits you.

Hi Nazli,

Please refer the below SAP Notes and implement them into your system:

1796655 - PSS Admin Defined Questions are not not available in drop down

1734429 - Challenge response questions not visible in PSS for 702 Basis System
