balance in f-03 & FBL3N is zero

Hi All,

when we are checking in F-03 for a g.l account, it is showing balance to clear. However in FBL3N, there is zero amount. Could you please advise why there might be balance in F-03.

Hi Deepak,

There might be balance is group currency. From FBL3N layout, select document currency, company code currency and group currency and compare. Atleast one currency might have balance.

Please provide the screenshots which GL accounts are showing different balances with selection parameters.

What is the nature of the GL account that you intend to clear?

Hi,

This might be a reason for different document currency. Please check balances in document currency in FBL3N.
