Query Builder

Hello,
I hope I am in the correct discussion group. We are on BusinessObjects XI 3.1 sp5 Product: 12.1.0

I am very new to Business Objects and creating queries. I need assistance writing a query to see what crystal report ran on which server? We have two servers they are clustered.
