What's the meaning for "dialog DB request time". How to avoid it.

Hello to everyone, I'm having a lot of alerts warnings like this "Bad Dialog Response Time" and more specifically within the metric of this alert that says "Request Dialog BD time". What is this? How can I prevent it? (of course, I do not mean to increase the threshold value), thanks for your cooperation.
