What's the meaning for "dialog DB request time". How to avoid it.

Hello to everyone, I'm having a lot of alerts warnings like this "Bad Dialog Response Time" and more specifically within the metric of this alert that says "Request Dialog BD time". What is this? How can I prevent it? (of course, I do not mean to increase the threshold value), thanks for your cooperation.

Hi,

always check avg dialog response time parameter only, if you want to monitor all the parameters which contribute to avg dialog response time, then you have to bear with these alerts.

other wise change the collection interval parameter in metric definition.
