Error in Alert Configuration in SAP PI 7.0

Hi All,

We are configuring the Alerts in SAP PI 7.0 system as per the below article.

When any message went into the error, the error alert get generated in alert inbox. But the container variables are not getting filled in alert message except sender service. We are testing this alert configuration with mapping error.

We know the below SAP Note. But I don't think its relevent to our problem.

Can any body know any SAP note or any solution for this problem?
