Unable to select the system under "REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR"

Hi Experts,

Am unable to select the system under the "REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR" in SMP.

i found an new column "supported by" and am allowing to click on that.\

Find the below error screen shot and suggest me ASAP am stuck at implementation project.

Am suppose to raise an OSS message for registering router.
