Hi experts,
It occurred suddenly today that two application servers became abnormal(request for login on every session) at different time, 11:00am and 2:00pm.
I check SM21 and it showed
"Background processing: Failed to create the log for job QMS_CHK_WO_8870577980393907398.T10083100"
"Spool / print: Error 13 for write/read access to a file. File ="
I google and find the document below( Transport error | SCN )
However, we did not change any permissions of <Domain>\SAPService<SID>. We just restart application servers and the problem disappears.
What's wrong?

Hi,
in addition to the permission check, the GLOBAL_DIR Filesystem could have no frespace.
If your central instance runs on gtnprdn and your job runs on application server gtnprd1,
the permission problem is most likely (May be with the SAPService account being a domain
account but entered as a local one in the Service on the app-server).
On the other hand, if you do not have a central Instance on gtnprdn, it might simply be a typo
in your profile where some name gtnprdn should be gtnprd1 -> depends on how many application
instances you have installed (with eventually logical names) on what servers.
