Production order confirmed not updating and CIFing into APO.

Hi SNP Expert,

Production order confirmed not updating and CIFing into APO.

Every day we need to run RIMODINI to get updates the production order confirmed.

These is only happening for one location.

Hi Joshua,

The production confirmations are not getting updated by CIF only for one location; and updates happen after running RIMODIN.

In this situation,  I will check if all the necessary integration models are active for the specific location or not.

Easier check will be to compare all the active integration models for a working location and compare the same with this specific location.

It may also be useful to check if any relevant user exits / customer enhancements are respecting the specific location, like other working locations.

I compared IM with other location,everything is same.

Planned order which are converted. Into prod order not getting deleted in apo.

Production order are not getting cited to apo.

Are there any CIF errors ( in outbound queue in ECC or in inbound queue of APO) ?

Since for rest of the locations your CIF application is running fine, there is specifc issue with this location.

Hi Datta,

Yes There are inbound queues in APO.I cleared

When i ran RIMODINI then CCR ,Data will aligned healthy between tow systems.

But I don't understand why real time data transfer not happening for confirmed production order from ECC to APO.
