Error while creating web service from Webi 4.0

Hi Experts,

I am getting below error message when i try to create web service from a webi block. I have administrator rights in system and all the services are up and running. kindly provide your inputs.

error message says "Failed to access the WSDL at: http://servername:6400/dswsbobje/services/managequeryasaservice?wsdl. It failed with:

Software caused connection abort: recv failed".

WebI report is created from BW using BICS connectivity.

version of BO is BO 4.0 SP4

Your help would be highly appreciated.
