Relationship error

dear friend,

while  importing request to the quality server i am getting following error please give me solution

1) no activation of relationship to object p 100000004 in plan version1000000004

2)Error  Occured during post handelingRM_ACTIVATE_PDOBJECT_AFTER_IMP FOR PDST T

Hi Kuldip,

Can you elaborate on what request you are moving from to quality server . Are you transferring objects in O.M????

Hi,

Please check the number ranges and plan version which is set in Quality & Production systems before you do the IMPORT.

Note :  Normally OM structures are not moved through transport requests due to various reasons.

Hi Kuldip,

Usually the Organizational structure will not be transported it must be created individually in each client separately.

Make sure you maintain the Number ranges for the O.M objects and also move all the customizing request and workbench request if any you have created in regards to O.M module.

Make the number range as external before you start uploading the objects into system.For uploading the objects into system you can make use of the LSMW (Legacy system migration workbench) or BDC or BAPI.

In case if you are using the LSMW program make use of the PP02 or PP03 - Transaction code for recording to upload the O.M objects.

First start with Organizational unit then go ahead to upload the other objects.After uploading and checking the structure change the number range from external assignment to internal.

Finally after the structure is ready then go ahead with the upload of Employee master data. Also the Org structure can be created manually.
