Mitigation Control

Hi,

I have an issue with Mitigation controls.

I have been able to create a mitigation and apply it to a risk.

It seems to operate as expected.

The issue relates to the reports tab in the mitigation control, whenever I add an action I am unable to save the changes.

I get the attached error.

Action is not consistant with system.

Without the report the mitigation saves without issue.

I select the action from the dropdown and it finds them without issue.

Grateful if anyone is able to shed some light on the problem.
