reset lcm_password

I am trying to apply note 1735506.

It says :

Confirm the LCM user name and password by checking the entries in "passwd" file, located at : <BO BIP INSTALLDIR> \ SAP Business Objects \ SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0 \ LCM_repository \ svn_repository \ conf

I cannot find the said passwd file in above said path.

So I have 2 questions:

1) how to reset its password without knowing the current one?

2) if the said passwd file is generated in 1), how to secure it because we do not want people to see its entries.
