SAP B1 client does not recognize the database of the company

Dear Experts! We successfully performed the upgrade SAP B1 version 8.82 to version 9.0, but when a SAP B1 client is connected to a computer outside the domain, does not recognize the database of the company.  Can someone please help me? Thank You.

Find the b1-local-machine.xml file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf. Open the file and make sure that the license server is set to the actual server rather than 'localhost'.

Thomas thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately we could not test your solution because we had to go back to version 8.82 due to the need of selling and create invoices of manager.. Thank you
