i have this issue;

in debugging output queue SMQ1, I get the error message no external system (such as crm) connected.

And i'll mark again thats gt_rfcdest of import table for FM CRM_FIRST_CALL_OPERATIONS is empty 😔?

Can you help me to solve this problem? 😕
