SAP B1 V8.82PL12 Remove Main Budget

Hi,

My clients use SAP business one V8.82 PL 12 system. The main 2013 budget date is from Jan, 2013 to Dec, 2013. The Second company 2014 budget set as fiscal year from April, 2014 to March, 2015. Actual it should be fiscal year for the posting period. I went back to fix the main budget. The system asked me to first remove the main budget then I can reenter the fiscal year 3013 budget. I cannot remove the main budget. When I did it, the system message showed nothing. Can everyone help me solve the main budget calendar year problem?
