Error NwSapFeilg.dll missing when starting GUI 7.20 setup

Hi,

After removing GUI 7.30 from my laptop I've rebooted before starting the setup of GUI 7.20.

Immediately after starting SetupAll.exe I get a 'NwSAPsetup.exe - System Error; The program can't start because NwSapFeilg.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'.

Does anybody know what I need to do to resolve this issue?

The installation succeeded without any error by using another setup files.

This file can be found in your installation DVD download under

NW_7.0_Presentation_\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32\Setup\

Why would you attempt to run nwsapsetup of an older version again?

Only 7.30 is now supported.

Did you reboot the PC after removing the 7.30 installation?

That's because the customer uses that version.

I don't have the folders C:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\setup.
Only some in C:\Program Files\sap\hdbclient and C:\Program Files\sap\hdbstudio.

can you try to seek in your drives if you find that dll

Last option is to tidy up your registry but it's not so straight fwd
