Unable to void the document using MR8M so is it ok to use MIRO as a work around?

MR8M is failing with tax error message?

Tax does not equal zero when tax percentage rate is zero?

We are under the impression the material master was changed to make this product exempt. Maybe that is right or wrong.

How to fix MR8M to void document?
