Unable to system copy for distributed system

Hi ,

We are trying to perform system copy for BI server NW2004s it is a distributed system and so I am trying to perform the Database instance first (btw, this is a dual stack), i keep getting error when creating SDMKIT.JAR error runcode=2.

What is the issue how to resolve it?

What logs do u guys need to analyze the situation?
