Approve Purchase Order Application goes blank

Hi Gurus,

After upgrading the Approve Purchase Orders UIAPP02 and GBAPP02 to SP03 and when I call the url screen goes blank. Navigating from the launch page also is not helping. Any ideas regarding this issue.

At the same time all the UI Addons were updated to SP06.
