How to get the Purchase requisition read the material description from material master rather than customer material info records?

According to standard SAP if a customer material info records are maintained for a material and customer the material description from the CMIR will have precedence over the material description from material master.Now for third party order when a purchase requisition is created from the order the description from CMIR will be carried forward in to the purchase requisition and the PO.How can we get the purchase requisition get the material description from material master rather than CMIR and thus the PO getting the material description from the material master?please suggest any user exists ..
