Use of MRP type X0

Let me know the exact use of MRP TYPE X0 - External Planning.

Hi

This MRP type is used when the material is planned in APO instead of planning in ECC.......When you use this MRP type during planning run in ECC system will not plan this material but BOM of this material is exploded and down level materials are planned.

This material is planned in APO. Planned results of this material are transferred from APO to ECC...hope it is clear
