Campaign Management : Create Call List and assign it to Agent

Hi,

I am creating a campaign Management for Debt collection . I have set the target group and set the communication channel as Phone. I have also set the IC agent and the Employee Responsible. But i am stuck with the creation of Call List of the target Group and from where the IC agent will be able to access the Interaction agent.
