SUP EBF20087_2.1 ESD_3_x64 Bit_ installation error:Cannot find unwired server name from sup.properties

Hi Experts

I have installed SUP 2.1 runtime. I am getting following error while upgrading 2.1 ESD#3

This batch file will update Sybase Unwired Platform to 2.1.3.

Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1, 2.1.1 or 2.1.2 must already be installed.

Before proceeding with the update, make sure that all Sybase

Unwired Platform processes are shut down and that the existing

installation has been completely backed up. Also, shut down virus

scan or exclude the Sybase install tree from virus scanning.

Do you have a complete backup of the Sybase Unwired Platform installation?

Press Y (and Enter Key) to confirm that it has been backed up and to

proceed with installing the update. Press any other key to exit. Y

Cannot find unwired server name from sup.properties. Exiting...

Check the above output for any issues and then press Enter key to exit...

I have found sup.properties file in the following Sybase installation path:

C:\Sybase\UnwiredPlatform\Servers\UnwiredServer\Repository\Instance\com\sybase\sup\server\SUPServer\sup.propertiesand checked for Unwired server name.The name was correct.But the error says "cannot findservername".
