transport error for snote request during import

Hi,

I'm going to import snotes thru a released transport request in prod system from my DEV system. It has stopped during the phase of " Genaration of Transported Programs" in one of the program like

"Program CL-SGENER8..................Include CL_SGENER8=========CM002"

FORMAL PARAMETER "EV_SYNTAX_ERROR" does not exists.

when I checked this program in prd system the said parameter is missing. I have checked same in DEV & QUA system its fine there.

Can anyone suggest me how to proceed.

Hi,
First of all check and compare the version of program, include with the DEV system using utilities->Version--->check you active version box and then click on compare. then provide the system name where the error has occurred. In whichever include you found the error just add it to new request and then move the request to dev system.

Hi,

This is a standard object of SAP If we create request and move to production system, it may have parent objects in production system, impact is that it can give problem in other technical objects.

pl suggest.
