PR Workflow

Hello Experts ,

I have created the PR release Strategy and Workflow . My issue is when final release happens , the system is not sending mail to user to create the Purchase Order. For example -

The PR is released by X as first level and mail transmitted to Y. After Y release as final release , the mail has to trigger to Z to convert this PR in to PO.

But system is not functioning like this . User Y is getting mail after X release . However , Z is not getting mail after Y final release .

Do you have any Idea where need to be changed this  ?

As I understand system will handle sending mails for each approval level (which is a standard process).

But for creating PO from PR : Either you need to do automatic PO creation customization or you can add few more steps to your WF model in order to do that.

Also check if Z has a valid email in SU01 or HR master Rec and check in SOST if the intended email is displayed with a red light!

Is the Z as in your release code?
