Text contol on Mouse-over and Hover Functioality on WEBI

Hi Experts,

Please describe where we can use Hover Functionality in Business object Web intelligence 4 (WEBI) and is there a way we can control
text on Mouse-over popup text box in WEBI. Can we use Mouse-over on crossover or Horizontal table and control text?
