Hello,
I have installed the Oracle 11g in local PC.
Please guide me to basic setting.Like Environment Variables and how to start the all relative services before start the SAP Installation.

Do you have a supported OS for 11G ?
As you have already installed the Oracle 11G software is it done as per the SAP recommenations ?
Be aware that the environment settings like ORACLE_HOME, ORACL_BASE and others should be set according to the SAP recommendations.

You haven't mentioned which operating system you will be using, anyways choose from the above link.
Also, SMP Login is required to download the guides.
