dear friends

when i am trying to save the TCODE    TRIP i am getting above error.

please help me to solve the above.

Hi Amhed

This error comes because of Improper roles assigned to your user;  check under 'Financial Accounting' expand P_TRAVL and in authorization object AUTHF you should have value as W10 and in authorization object AUTHP you need to have vale 'E'. You can have different combination for travel request and travel expenses as this was earlier well explained by check this link http://scn.sap.com/thread/3214226

Hello Ahmed

I had faced this same problem. As Pradyp has asked you to check those authorization area.

Pls do the same.  After doing if is not solved your error then ,check feature- TRVPA all the field properly from configuration.

If there is any configuration missing or wrong , then u will get such type of error as well.

Other than this, you need to check your number range correctly if its configured correctly or  not???/
