HI,
MB55 report uses RM07MMST to display the data relating to one or more quantity strings, it will eneable you to determine the database field which are checked by a certain quantity string. You can then press an F-key to obtain a list of the movement types that use a particular quantity string. when executed quantity string will contain data from table T156F.
Execute the t-code using Qty Strings from M000 to SAUW you'll get a list of quantity string. position the cursor on the quantity string and press f2 you'll get a list of movement type containing the following data,
indicator for value update, indicator for quantity update, special stock indicator, movement indicator, indicator for inward movement/receipt, indicator for consumption posting, posting string for values and quantity string.

Hi Raul,
MB55 calls the report RM07MMST to display the data relating to one or more quantity strings.
This will allows you to determine which data base fields (stock fields) are updated by a certain quantity string.
Quantity string is used to update the stock quantity in the material master record.
Refer to T-code OMJJ
You can also see the quantity string , the value string & the mvt type linkages in the table T156S
