Company Code concept in SAP CRM

Hi All,

We are not able to find any place where company code can be created in SAP CRM.

Please help in understanding the concept of company code in SAP CRM.

Hi Naresh,

The Company Codes arent created in CRM but they are fetched from ECC.

I think you need to assign the company codes to the billing units, which later is assigned to the sales organisations.

As you can see Plant is also assigned to the Organization Unit in this Path.

Maybe it will serve your purpose.

hello Naresh,

the plants are assigned as partner function in the crm order, which when replicated to ecc will become the plant.

in ecc the company code is determined based on the plant assignment to company code.

Also please let me know the following.

1. Do we have any way by which we can see plant and company code assignment in SAP CRM.

2. In CRM we have to create intercompany sales order, so do we have any way by which differentiate whether it is a intercompany sales order or normal sales order.

CRM IMG t-code CRM_LOCMAP will show the BP & Plant relation in CRM.

The BP is based on ERP stock transport setup, will be the CRM BP that matches the customer number plant in the ERP IMG "Define Shipping Data for Plants"

I do not believe you can see the company code, but a sales org can only belong to 1 company code

If you invoice from CRM then the data should be in table CRMD_IC_CCODE per Kumar's response.

Theres no such differentiation for intercompany or normal sales orders.

plant and company code assignments are not there in CRM

Are you going to have billing in CRM?

Hi Naresh,

As per my knowledge I do not think the Company codes are created in CRM, instead they are created in ECC and then replicated to CRM using Middle-ware.

Table 'T001' in ECC is being Mapped to table 'CRMD_IC_CCODE' in CRM .

Thanks, I would like to know how this replicated company coded can be used in CRM.

For example if I want to create intercompany sales order then system should be able to determine

the company code of delivery plant. In CRM where we can define that this plant belongs to this company code.

Unfortunately I do not have any idea about where the company coded are mapped with Plants.
