Hello all,
When my user try to do GR there is an error 'No documents correspond to search criteria', I have a admin role ,I can search this PO via my account.
I checked this PO, related SC is create by this user, click the 'Goods Receipt/Confirmation...', it exist in SAP Backend system, it seems all is ok.
What could be the possible problem ?

Are you getting this error for all the users or a very specific user?
1. If for all the users please check whether the GR distribution customization is set.
Check whether you have MBGMCR MESSAGE type in the distribution module (BD64). if not please get in touch with your both SRM and backend basis team to maintain this.
2. If coming for a specific user then try this out. go to SE38 --> bbp_check_consistency run this report for that User for Confirmation and which attribute is missing in PPOMA to be set.
3. Check whether the PO created in the backend is LIMIT or SERVICE PO with item category B or D, then you may not require confirmation for such POs. Check GR flag is SET in your PO or not
4. Check if the PO has "Confirm Performance of Service/Goods Receipt" checked in PO - follow on documents. This means that no confirmation is expected for the PO.
5. Check whether the SC is meant for team SC. if yes then check whether the substitutes are set properly
6.Check Customization for GR/Confirmation whether Central or Decentral in SPRO
7. Check in BBP_PD in the Item details whether what is passing - Central or Decentral Confirmation for the shopping cart. if Central then SC will not be open for Confirmation in SRM.
8. Is PO trigerring any Release strategy, please check in the PO.

Check the cases below and confirm back .
1. Its for 1 user 1 PO or 1 User all PO's ?
2. If 1 PO check if it is locked / Blocked or not . You can check this in Me23n where you would see the below Deleted / Locked Button as shown
3. If none of the above check if the PO is released or not . you will see it in Header , Release strategy
4. Are the others able to do it for the same PO ?
5. If yes it is a role authorisation check the roles for both Portal / backend .
Let me know the results for these and we could check further !
I haven't still got this one ... can you explain a tad more from what i understand ..
user is not able to see the GR for this PO and Super user is able to see and do GR correct ?
Like mentioned before :
1. Did you check if user is able to see for the other PO's ?
2. If not it has to be a role issue related to portal / Backend role for the user did you check that
As soon as the user tries to search for GR and fails to get it you should go to su53 in backend and check which authorizations are missing .

In SRM Portal there no GR exist, but in SAP GUI 'PO history' has GR, IR... I don't know why, for this PO, the GR has done by super user..
1.User can do GR for other POs.
2.For our SRM user, only have the access to use SRM Portal , doesn't have account in SAP GUI.

Hello Wang,
Please check the below two points.
1. The requestor/recipient in the PO must be same, i.e the PO will be seen in confirmation screen, only if the user is the recipient for that PO . this details can be checked at header level in overview tab.
2. In PO, confirmation based verification check box needs to be updated, go to item details - Related documents.

It is possible that GR created in ECC system and not updated back to SRM.
We use a custom report to sync such missing statistical data..
You can try FM- BBP_PD_PO_ACT_VAL_UPDATE

As per standard GR cannot be performed by user for below reasons.
1) GR already performed for full quantity and No Further Confirmations selected.
2) PO is having some errors in SRM system pertaining to posting date
3) Other users without super user role.
I hope as per checking the discussion above, first 2 points are addressed.
I am with the 3rd point , whether you are having super user role or not to perform confirmation.
If PO creator is not able to perform confirmation , then it is an issue.
I am thinking this would be an authorization issue. please check in that view.

Please could you check the below things and get back .
1. It could be that the PO for whom you are trying to GR is fully GR'd so there is no more GR possible .
2. It could be the PO which you are trying to GR is 'Locked' and hence not possible to GR
There is also a way you could enhance this message let me know if this seems to be the issue so that we can check further

1 For these two POs never do GR before,
2 I do't know how to check whether it's blocked or not.
I checked the PO again, but still didn't find the reason, no GR exist, requester has role to do GR, click the 'GR...' ,PO exist in SAP GUI.
Super user who can do GR for all POs, can search these two PO via 'central confirmation', why the requester can't search it. I really do't know......
Do you met this issue befor?
