XPRA_EXECUTION phase running from past 2 days

Dear All,

We are applying addon CTS_PLUG in solman 7.1 (newly installed) and add on is in XPRA_EXECUTION phase running from past 2 days and in sm50 background wp is on hold

we killed the process and retarted saint but again its in same phase we also did update statistcis for table D010INC using db20 but same issue

SPAM/SAINT IS ALSO LATEST

XPRA_EXECUTION is running form 2 days and also not giving any error kindly help us to solve this issue.
