Deleting/Unregistering an object

Hi All,

1)I have an UDO which i have deleted unknowingly and then if i run my program, i am unable to register the UDO again. What should i do to register the same UDO???

2)What is the difference between Deleting an Object and Unregister an Object???

Help me solving out this issue...
