new field in field catalog in MC21

hi masters

i have to create a charecteristic in infostructure and the reference data element should be there in field catalogs in the 2nd screen (pop up) of tr. MC21. But im not able to find one suitable data element. Is there any way to create our own field catalog in this and then use it?

Hi Ravi,

The transaction for maintaining self defined catalogs is MC18..

Also check the following link first..

If the requirement is for SD then I suggest you add your fields to MCVKENNZ1

(inside the included structure MCVKUSR)

as an APPEND structure..

If you need your own characteristics and they do not exist already in the delivered field catalogs then you have to create your own field catalog..
