We are getting Error: ERR_WIS_30270 with 'loadState' API or 'getMap' API on Webi documents several times while trying to change the Prompt variables or Exporting the documents into spreadsheet.
When i looked for these issue, i found a SAP note 1835777 - How do you prevent the failure in start-up of the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 Docu... recently released addressing this issue.
However, i couldn't able to nail down this issue as i see the document recovery service is running in both of our nodes under APSs.
Howeveer, they are not part of Webi APS. Do you know, why this could happen.
Also, when we export some document which service gets invoked?
Thanks for helping.
Here are the error screenshot.
Hi tilak
Kindly refer the SAP KBA 1892754 - Error : An internal error occured while calling
'loadState' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270).

Hi Thilak;
I went through the note you provided in the initial problem statement. The note does help to a certain extent.
I do agree that in your case the document recovery service is available, however we can come to a conclusion only via the log results.
Can we initiate a tracing on one of the servers while keeping the other stopped for some duration till the error is found?
As soon as the error is observed, the logs can be analyzed and we can try to figure whether the same nte is applicable or not.
Hi,
Are you using server groups to run these webi reports. if Yes, try to add connectionserver and connectionserver32 to the server group and then refresh these webi reports.
Thanks,
M.Sumesh
