Error: ERR_WIS_30270 on Webi document

We are getting Error: ERR_WIS_30270 with 'loadState' API or 'getMap' API on Webi documents several times while trying to change the Prompt variables or Exporting the documents into spreadsheet.

When i looked for these issue, i found a SAP note 1835777 - How do you prevent the failure in start-up of the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0 Document Recovery Service? recently released addressing this issue.

However, i couldn't able to nail down this issue as i see the document recovery service is running in both of our nodes under APSs.

Howeveer, they are not part of Webi APS. Do you know, why this could happen.

Also, when we export some document which service gets invoked?
