Visual Studio 2012 Crash on Report Modification

Hi:

I am trying to make a change to one of the formula field in crystal report and whenever i hit the save report. VS2012 crashes and restarts. This is crazy. I was able to make the changes before but it is not allowing me to make any more changes. What would be the issue?

Windows 8.1 + VS2012 + CR for VS2012 (v. 13.0.7.x)

It is only happening with that one report. I am not sure what went wrong.
