SAP Business One B1Licence

Hi guys,

I was trying to change a setting on SAP and needed everyone out but one user kept showing as online even though they weren't.

What I did was end the B1License.exe process thinking that I would then restart it and that would fix the issue.

My issue is that I can't seem to start it after that. this makes SAP ask for the licence server location.

I haven't tried rebooting the server yet because I am on rdp and don't want to lose access (not sure if it's set up to re-initiate itself automatically.

Does anyone know how to quickly fix this?

When does it ask you for the license server location? When you open SAP?

Yes, whenever you start SAP. I suppose since it can't find the licence server which isn't running anymore.

Check in Services that the License service is running and not stuck in 'Starting'. When the license server prompt shows up again enter the license server name. The databases should show up in the choose company dialog.
