My client requires quota generation for Maternity and Paternity leave so I did the configuration for the same (generation through RPTQTA00) Now quota generating but obviously system wont understand male and female and its generating these leaves to all. I would like to control that ... what could be the best way...we not following maternity protection IT. just 2006 only. I have suggested all other options like no quota generation for these to client but client specific in quota generation.
Please advise !!!
