created a risk-GRC AC 10.0, when recording, the system has an error which prevented the recording, I tried the fix but the GRC-AC does not allow you to use the same ID, I noticed that the item is stuck in workflow, but does not appear item in my inbox to approve. how do I remove the item from adoption?

For the above case, deleted from the list of workflow by transaction SE38 with GRFNMW_MANUAL_INSTANCE_CANCEL program.

want to cancel the workflow..
go to search request .select appropriate workflow type.
and cancel instance.
