Hi Experts,
Please help me to get a clear view on the below matter:
>in a file scenario, file is successfully sent from sender but in receiver we are not getting this. Provided no configuration, transformation & communication error.so what error happened?
Regards,

please have a look at the communication channel monitoring within the Runtime Workbench to determine the exact error

Hi,
Go to RWB --> Msg monitoring give the selection criteria as per your requirement... and click on start..
it will take you to the audit log.. from there you will get the file name.. please check the file size in the respected directory where you have saved it after processing..
Did you check the inbound payload whether the xml is proper or incomplete.
also try this.. copy the payload from message mapping and send it to the integration server from RWB --> test.
check the test configuration in ID, whether the configuration is correct or not..
Hope it will resolve your issue..
Regards

Hi Rasmiraj,
Did you see the file archived in sender archive directory.
File at receiver end could be over written by another file processed at same time. Also check if its a zero size file. Try to locate the message id and search for it on AE.

Pranav

As mentioned by Dimitri, check for the receiver channel's audit log.
If it says that the file has been successfully delivered then your third party application might be processing it(deleting/moving) as soon as it received.
