Hello
I am extracting sales order data (schedule line) into standard dso (extractor 2lis_11_vascl). DSO has the key of order/position/ schedule line.
Now I am facing the issue, that in SAP R/3 SD the schedule line can be deleted. Thus I don't get the deleted record and therefore the required offsetting in SAP BW can not happen anymore.
Has anyone an idea how to handle that issue?
Best regards
Christian
Dear Christian,
Can u plz provide your modelling details at stage of transformation level mapping between ROCANCEL (Datasource) with 0RECORDMODE (DSO).
ROCANCEL which is coming from Data-source(2LIS_11_V*) need to map with 0RECORDMODE of DSO.
Generally you can't see 0RECORDMDE at Transformation level. You need to select different Rule group at transformation and map 0RECORDMODE with ROCANCEL.
When ever Cancellation happen at ECC side, datasource picks cancelled document with 'X' image and same populates to DSO level. then respected cancelled sales doc gets deleted automatically at DSO level. This si because of 0RECORDMODE functionality.
Best wishes,
Vijay

Hello to all
.. and thanks for your input.
You are right. A deleted schedule line is also transferred to SAP BW and gets the value 'R' (R = reverse image) for ROCANCEL .
I have my DSO in that way, that I get sales order income history ( I calculate then price an quantity effects on order income etc..) and have put changed date in the DSO key definition.
That was also the reason, why the record was not reversed, as R will only reverse former record with the same key..... and schedule line deletion happens always on a different changed date...:-)
Thus thanks a lot and have a nice year end and christmas time.
Best regards
Christian

Hi Christian,
When you delete a schedule line the corresponding line item should also be deleted for proper extraction to BW.
did u try this?
Thanks

Hi Christian,
As suggested by Vijay , Ideally it should get captured through the 0RECORDMODE.Then do a restriction at query level for the deleted records.
In MM Flow, we do it that way and i am not able to recollect for the SD flow.
Check again and if not we will do a work around.

Hello SVU123 , Hello Vijay
I am fully aware of recordmode, rule Group etc.
My issue is that the schedule line is not canceled instead it is deleted. So fare I didn't discover, that this record is than transferred.
In other words no record, no recordmode.
I will investigate again to find out where the deleted lines are traced in R/3 tables and will come back on my discussion here
Thanks a lot
Christian
