service_os in crm_order_maintain

Hi All,

I have a requirement to populate the reference object in a service order which is a follow up document of service contract.

Kindly help me in passing the required parameters need to be passed to CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FM.

P.S: I tried putting a debugger in CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FM.

Thanks Jorge, Samantak for your response.

I solved the issue by calling the function module "CRM_SERVICE_OS_GET_DATA_IL" to fetch the osset structure by passing the order guid. Based on the values from table lt_ordprp_objl_i_d through crm_order_read FM by passing the service contract guid, values for the ref_object table are populated.

Once the values are populated i created structure for osset by calling the FM 'CRM_SERVICE_OS_SET_DATA' and determined values through fm 'CRM_SERVICE_OS_PUT_DATA'.

In order to maintain the values FM 'CRM_SERVICE_OS_MAINTAIN_OW' is used.

    Hi Gopalakrishnan,

As per my understanding you are trying to create a Follow Up document and hence you will create a Document Flow between the Parent and the newly created child document.

So, you need to use the CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN Function Module along with CRM_ORDER_SAVE and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to complete the flow. You need to populate the changing parameter CT_ORDERADM_H and CT_INPUT_FIELDS along with CT_DOC_FLOW. As you have already mentioned put a debug point in the ORDER Maintain Function Module and check what all the parameters are passed so that they needs to be passed in the same sequence and manner.

Please let me know if in case there are any issues with the code or any other concerns.

I hope this will help. Many thanks in advance.

    Best Regards,
