Dear All,
OS: Windows 7 Professional, SP 1 x64
JRE: 1.6
Product: SAP xi
Summary: Authorization error; unknown user name or incorrect password.
I am unable to login to the Integration Builder with "pisuper" on a client machine whereas other clients are able to successfully login. I assume there might be some environment issue, probably java configuration or something I am missing but the error message it gives on this specific PC is "Authorization error; unknown user name or incorrect password".
I have tried every proxy setting configuration but no luck. Other machines in the same domain can easily login to the Integration Builder with the same user but only this machine is problematic. I have tried deleting all the temporary files in the settings for Java in control panel.
Your help is very much appreciated.
Here are the details.

and here is the Console for the Integration Builder
Dear All,
Thank you for your help on this but here is the actual remedy to my problem and it worked like magic.
Assign all defaults to your browser. For example, If you are using Internet Explorer then Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> (Click on) Make Default.
Restarted the browser and IR and IB both opened successfully. Thanks to my Basis team.

Adil Khalil

Hi Adil,
First of all check with proper authorization. For this I have attached a link below:

And reinitialize from Java Webstart:

Go through the SAP Note:

Hi Adil,
Check with your basis team.It is a basis issue.
I think they need to check the user authorisation and they will definetly do the needful.
It seems user problem.

Abhi
